What a service website should do

A good service website should be easy to understand, easy to trust, and easy to contact.

A service site does not need to be clever. It needs to answer a few simple questions quickly: what do you do, who is it for, why should I trust you, and what happens next?

If the visitor has to work too hard, they leave. Clear language, real examples, and a sensible call to action usually do more than fancy design tricks.

The best sites feel calm. They help someone decide without making them dig for the basics.
